This course sets out to inspire and upskill your team and aims to have a lasting impact on your organisations customer service offering. Sessions are split in two parts with part one delivering an engaging and interactive session covering key skills.

LGBTQ+ Awareness training:
Sessions are carried out in person at a location of your choice and can be delivered in a group or one to one.
Our LGBTQ+ Awareness course is all about shedding light on the challenges that lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, and queer+ (LGBTQ+) individuals face. The course will support you in understanding your role in fostering equality and diversity and how you can support the creation of an environment that people can be themselves and thrive.
By the time you finish the course, you'll be well-equipped with knowledge about gender identity and diversity, LGBTQ+ terms, the rights of LGBTQ+ individuals under UK law.
